Ordering

Goods are shipped (generally) with our preferred courier New Zealand Post - Items should take 1-2 working days to be received. Please contact us if it has been over 4 working days. Goods can also be picked up from instore.

Returns

If you would like to first contact us : sales@amas.co.nz or (09) 377-1946 Goods may be exchanged for the correct size or colour only upon the goods being returned in their original unused condition. We recommend including a prepaid returns courier bag : self addressed with your details be sent with the exchanged item.

Faulty Goods

If within 30 days of purchase the goods are deemed to have a manufacturing flaw or is of poor workmanship, we are obliged under the New Zealand Consumers Act to either offer a replacement or refund
