Getting Your Mats — Please Read Before Ordering
FREE PICKUP: Mats can be collected from our Mt Eden, Auckland warehouse.
Important: The standard shipping rate does NOT apply to these mats. Due to their size and weight, freight must be calculated separately.
- Auckland customers: Select Store Pickup at checkout for free collection.
- Delivery anywhere in NZ: Please contact us before ordering so we can provide a freight quote based on the quantity and delivery address. Business addresses generally receive the best freight rates.
- If you require delivery, do not select the standard shipping option at checkout. We will confirm the freight cost with you before your order is dispatched.
Pickup is free from our Mt Eden, Auckland warehouse — the most cost-effective option if you're local. For delivery elsewhere in NZ, freight is quoted based on order size and destination (business addresses get the best rates). Get in touch, and we'll confirm your freight cost before you order.
